Where is the claim form sent?
The claim form is sent direct to the insurers at Australis Group Underwriting, it should include all attaching and supporting documentation to support the claim, including medical bill receipts, and confirmation of any payments already made by Medicare or your private health fund.

What do you do if you receive a solicitor's letter or a legal claim for damages?
You should IMMEDIATELY notify Horsell International and provide them with copies of the correspondence you have received, incident report forms and any other information available. It is a condition of your policy that you do not admit liability. This must be left to the insurance underwriter and their legal representatives to conclude.
